Integration
Phase 3: Integration – Anchoring the Experience
After the psychedelic experience, the important work of understanding, processing, and integrating what has emerged begins. Here, the client is supported in translating their insights into meaningful change in everyday life and in their relationship with themselves and others.

Revisiting and Reflection We return to the parts and themes that appeared during the journey. How have they changed? What was understood? Are there new parts that now need attention?

From Insight to Action The client is supported in translating inner experiences into external changes. This might involve setting boundaries, making new choices, strengthening relationships, or meeting oneself with greater compassion.
Long-Term Support Some clients need multiple sessions to fully integrate the experience. Aftereffects or new questions may arise, and it’s important that the client has a safe space to bring everything.
Strengthening Self-Energy IFS offers a unique opportunity to maintain connection to the inner core. We work on cultivating qualities like calmness, clarity, compassion, and courage – and integrating them into daily life.
Ethical Grounding Integration also means respecting the client’s own values and boundaries. We work with what feels meaningful and relevant to the individual – without pushing for further experiences.
Do you need support in anchoring your experience through conversation and IFS-based integration? You’re warmly welcome to contact me to learn more or to book a session.
